Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models. Originally developed by Alexander Osterwalder, a business theorist, the Business Model Canvas is a simplified process of developing and updating your business model, in a very visual way. The Business Model Canvas consolidates a traditionally lengthy business model into a one-page synthesis.
The business model canvas breaks your business down into nine key components or building blocks. Join us for this two hour workshop, and we’ll break down each of those segments so you can get a better understanding of what each of them means for your company.
