After growing up in central Indiana and graduating from Purdue University I owned and managed a successful general contracting company for over 25 years. Following that I operated a full service home inspection business for 7 years.

Many of those years I had worked part time in the real estate industry and am now enjoying working with people buying and selling homes on a full time basis.

My clients benefit from my knowledge of building construction and home inspection experience. This knowledge is particularly beneficial in reviewing the home inspectors report and negotiating those listed items.
